Cricket

I always wanted to be good cricketer. I am fast bowler and top order batsman. Below is my profile for one of the league in Seattle-US.

Some of my Innings Video

During the T40 match in the US, I played a crucial innings that proved to be a game-changer for our team. Despite being out of form, I managed to step up when it mattered the most, leading our team to victory. What made it even sweeter was the fact that our opponents were quite talkative, but instead of engaging in verbal exchanges, I let my bat do the talking. It was an amazing feeling to silence them with my performance on the field.

72 0f  30 Balls

I had been struggling to score runs during my time in India. Just before heading back to the US, I got a chance to play a crucial match where we needed 113 runs to win in just 62 balls with six wickets down.

In that match, I scored an amazing 72 runs off only 30 balls, which is one of my most cherished innings. My partner, Saurabh Jijai, and I formed a fantastic partnership and worked together to turn the game around.

It was a moment of pure joy and excitement, proving that determination and teamwork can lead to remarkable achievements, even in difficult situations. This memory will always inspire me to keep pushing myself in everything I do. Cricket truly has the power to create unforgettable moments.

We had a blast after the match, drinking beer in a new home and playing near the canal. Some of us got hurt, and we felt the pain the next day.

The night tournament was a memorable one. I stayed at the crease and played some great shots. But the real highlight was Chetan's outstanding performance. He stayed in from start to finish and secured our victory with two huge sixes over long-on. It was an incredible moment for our team.

I had to share the highlight of my bowling journey. Back in India, I used to struggle with bowling too many wides, but this time around, I finally found my rhythm. It's been a significant improvement for me, and I'm thrilled with my progress.

After a long period of bad form, I was finally able to make a comeback and score big runs (77 off 44 balls) on February 2, 2025. Lately, I had a lot of doubts and uncertainty about my form, but I decided to focus on what I could control—practicing before the match.

Chetan helped me during net practice, and I also tied a ball on my terrace, which really helped me play straight and get comfortable with dipping deliveries. I started my innings very cautiously and then began playing my shots as the innings progressed. I realized that taking singles gave me time to relax and stay fit for the next ball.

I attempted to hit a straight six, but it didn’t happen, so I will work more on that. The good thing was that I wasn’t playing too many aerial shots. In India, where the grounds are dry, good timing can result in boundaries, so there’s no need to hit in the air to score quickly.

Partnerships are very important as they relieve a lot of pressure. Surya, on the other hand, gave me time and space to settle in initially, as he was playing with good rhythm.

I need to improve my bowling, especially in pitching the ball at a good length or earlier. Hopefully, my hamstring injury will heal soon, as I am undergoing treatment.

Overall, this innings gave me a lot of confidence and belief in my batting abilities.
